The choice between a Bioflex piercing and a regular stud depends on your individual preferences and needs. Bioflex piercings are made of a flexible, hypoallergenic material that is ideal for those with sensitive skin or allergies to metal. They are also more comfortable and less likely to cause irritation. On the other hand, regular studs are typically made of metal and may be more durable and suitable for certain types of piercings. Consider your skin sensitivity, the location of the piercing, and your personal style when making your decision. **

The best piercing materials are those that are biocompatible and hypoallergenic, such as surgical-grade stainless steel, titanium, and niobium. Acrylic, PTFE, and Bioflex are not recommended for initial piercings or long-term wear as they can cause irritation, allergic reactions, and are not as durable as other materials. It's important to consult with a professional piercer to determine the best material for your specific piercing and to ensure proper healing and aftercare. **

Watching can be more casual and may not involve as much intentional focus as observing. **
